I wish Whole Foods would stop labeling recipes as "detox" this or that. Any food or chemical (even water) is toxic depending on the dose. Anything you don't need in your food, your digestive system will remove, including excess vitamins and minerals. To label something as "detox" fools consumers into thinking something magic is going to happen. How silly.
