Pineapple and Mango Salsa from Adventures in all Things Food
We love flavorful and simple sauces and salsas that can easily turn everyday meals into something special. This Tropical Pineapple Mango Salsa is perfect for topping grilled chicken, fish, or crustini, and we’re so impressed with the simplicity of this recipe. The true beauty of this recipe is that you can enjoy this salsa anytime of year by using Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes. They are peeled with FlashSteam® and taste like tomatoes right out of the garden without having to deal with dicing and peeling them yourself. You can use canned or fresh fruit and make it as simple or elegant as you’d like.
- 1 whole pineapple (or a large can of diced)
- 1 can of Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained well
- ½ cup diced mango
- ½ jalapeño, diced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- Gather your ingredients.
- Visit the original recipe post on Adventures in All Things Food for full preparation instructions.
- Enjoy over chicken, crustini, or with your favorite tortilla chips.
