While you have your grill fired up for burgers, you can easily grill your avocados to make this awesome Grilled Avocado Guacamole that tastes great as a condiment or served warm with tortilla chips.

Grilled Avocado Guacamole

Hey SoFabFood readers! I’m Megan – avocado lover, girl with a lot of food intolerances, and the blogger behind A Dash of Megnut, a food blog that focuses on gluten-free and other allergy-friendly recipes. Today I’m so happy to share with you one of my favorite guacamole recipes!

For those that don’t know me, I’m referred to as the Avocado Lady in my office. Why you ask? Because I’m always eating avocados. Didn’t your mom always tell you, “An avocado a day, keeps the doctor away?” No? Well, mine neither. But I like it, so let’s make that saying a thing please. When it comes to my favorite grilling recipes, it should be no surprise that avocados are deeply involved. In fact, we’re grilling the avocados, themselves! Yes!

And can you imagine how impressed your friends and family will be when you tell them their guacamole is GRILLED?

So next time you need a fun gluten-free appetizer to serve at your next summer party, try grilling your avocados and make this delicious grilled avocado guacamole!
