- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1 cup organic raw cane sugar
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place butter in a 9.5" round glass pie pan and place in oven while it's preheating to melt, about 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, milk, and cane sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl until combined.
- Pour batter over butter, then sprinkle blueberries over the batter.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out without batter.
Do not overcook the cobbler or it will turn out rubbery.
