Gluten-Free Blackberry Peach Crumble Recipe

Bursting with either fresh or frozen fruit, this blackberry peach crumble only takes about 10 minutes of hands-on preparation and an hour in the oven, making it a great dessert for entertaining. As soon as your guests smell the crumble in the oven and see that fruit bubbling, they’ll be calling for seconds already! Did I mention this is the perfect dessert to make and bring to an outdoor BBQ or party with friends? Just top with some ice cream when you get there!

What makes this crumble gluten-free is the use of gluten-free rolled oats. Please note, not all oats are created gluten-free. That’s because oats are typically grown in the same fields that wheat is grown in, leading to some cross-contamination in the fields. If you want to make sure your crumble is gluten-free, be sure to use certified gluten-free oats. If you have trouble digesting oats or oats just aren’t your thing, you can also try substituting with some almonds and almond meal, or even flour.

I love the combination of the blackberry and peach in this filling, not only because they are a delicious pairing, but also because the color is just gorgeous! If you’re looking for an impressive dessert to make this summer that doesn’t require too much kitchen time, look no further. This gluten-free blackberry peach crumble certainly fits the bill!
