This simple pumpkin dessert tastes like pumpkin pie, but in the form of an airy and creamy mousse. Super flavorful, individually-portioned, and ready to make its debut during the fall entertaining season and into the winter holidays.
How to make No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Mousse:
In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin purée, heavy cream, sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg. Bring everything to a low simmer and remove from the heat. Cool the mixture completely.
If you want to add a splash of rum, this is the time you can add one to two tablespoons of rum and whisk it into the mixture.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, about three to five minutes. Reserve eight tablespoons of cream for the topping.

- 8 tbsp shaved dark chocolate, for topping
