Italian Pasta Salad Perfect for Summer Picnics
With spring in the air, and summer just around the corner, picnic season is in full swing. Salads are definitely our choice for the perfect picnic food. This Easy Italian Pasta Salad comes together quickly, it’s colorful, and it tastes amazing. This is a good basic recipe that can easily be customized to suit your family’s tastes. You can switch this recipe up by using ranch salad dressing instead of Italian for a totally different flavor sensation. The thing we love about pasta salads with an oil-based dressing is that they are much easier to maintain and keep fresh in warmer temperatures than other salad options with milk bases. For a meatier salad that could easily be your main dish, add pepperoni or salami to this salad. We took the meatless route because we like keeping things light!
