How to make fresh zoodles at home:
Zoodles are a healthy alternative to traditional high-carb noodles and pasta. Zoodles are lower in calories and carbs and they’re loaded with fiber! Zoodles are a great option for the Keto Diet, low-carb eating, as well as a grain-free or Paleo Diet. Zoodles are easy to make at home by spiralizing the zucchini. Simply follow the instructions of your spiralizer or cut the zucchini with a chef knife into thin lengthwise strips or make long peels down the length of the zucchini using a vegetable peeler. Zoodles take only 3 to 4 minutes to cook, however, it depends on the size and thickness of your spirals.
