This Apple Cider Belini embodies the flavors of the season. The cider and cinnamon pair perfectly with the ginger, the champagne offers the bubble factor, and the peach purée makes for an out-of-this-world holiday cocktail!
The holidays are in full swing and I’m sure everyone is scrambling to ensure they have selected the right recipes and components for all of their holiday gatherings! However, there are many concepts that are neglected when it comes to creating the best meal for your guests. Creating the most perfect holiday cocktail is typically overlooked, but a custom cocktail can really enhance the entire evening prior to dinner as everyone will reach for a glass of wine at dinner instead to complement their meal.
With so many options for which direction to take your cocktails, I like to gear mine towards being more fruit forward and on the lighter side. While whisky and dairy-based cocktails are a typical go to for creating a memorable holiday cocktail, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to mix things up and develop a more effervescent cocktail for entertaining pre dinner which is when I developed this Apple Cider Belini cocktail recipe.
I don’t know about you, but I always crave elements of other seasons with recipes. Having said that, we all know and love champagne inspired cocktails with peach purée, aka a “beeline”. So why not take that concept and put a modern fall spin on it?
Apple Cider Belini Cocktail Recipe
This Apple Cider Belini was inspired by my longing for warm weather (truth), fresh peaches, ginger, but also an infatuation with the seasonal addition of apple cider, cinnamon, and fresh grated ginger.
This fab cocktail recipe works as the cider and cinnamon embody the flavors of the season, the ginger brings a bit of heat that we all need with the chill in the air, the champagne has the bubble factor, and the peach purée makes for the perfect holiday cocktail!
If you’re looking for a light, crisp champagne-based holiday cocktail, you have to try my Apple Cider Belini!

Home Chef Tip: For a different twist on this drink that's still delicious, substitute pears for the peaches.
