Berry Yogurt Bites Recipe
These scrumptious Berry Yogurt Bites are the perfect healthy snack that will satisfy your sweet craving and hunger. The best part is that they are easy to make in large batches to be stored in the freezer so you can just grab one anytime you need a quick and healthy snack. These are definitely a snack that the whole family will enjoy and they’re also a great on-the-go breakfast option!
Any fresh berries can be used for this recipe, or soft, fresh fruits like mango or peaches. The honey adds to the sweetness, but can be omitted if desired.
Silicone ice cube molds work perfectly for this recipe. They are a great size for a snack and make it easy to remove the yogurt bites when frozen. Use smaller ice cube trays for “kid size” yogurt bites.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 1/2 Cup berries, fresh
Instructions
- Place berries and/or fruit into silicone ice cube molds (filling 1/3 full) and set aside.
- Combine the yogurt and honey in a bowl. Mix until combined.
- Put yogurt in a pipping bag or sandwich bag and fill the ice cube molds to the top.
- Place in freezer for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from silicone molds and place in a freezer safe container.
Notes
Home Chef Tip: Freeze the container you will place them in for storing so that they don't melt when in contact with a warm container.
