The unique flavor combination in this Tropical Mango Mojito Mocktail is addictive. Mango, mint, and lime juice star in this virgin mojito that’s perfect for summer entertaining. Add a little rum for an adults-only summer cocktail.
A simple virgin mojito or summer cocktail!
You can make this Tropical Mango Mojito alcohol-free, or add rum for an adults-only summer cocktail. This mango mojito is a refreshing drink with mild sweetness that’s loaded with mint, mango, and lime flavors. You could even replace the soda with plain ice cold water for the young kids. I add only 3 – 4 mint leaves when making it for my young son because he is not a fan of the mint flavor. Just blend the mango chunks, mint leaves, lemon juice, ice cold water or soda, and sugar together. Add ice to a tall glass, add the mango mojito, and serve immediately. It is a refreshing drink to relish in the hot summer.
This mocktail is perfect for summer entertaining!
One of my favorite things in the summer is enjoying tropical fruits. Tropical fruits add a delicious flavor and naturally-sweet taste to smoothies, drinks, and popsicles. Mango is known for its aroma, sweet taste, and flavor. If you love mangoes, you’re going to love this drink! This beautiful, yellow-colored mojito is great poolside and for deck parties. This is my favorite mojito recipe and it is in my party menu list by default because it is easy to prepare, both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.
Enjoy this virgin mojito all year long!
Frozen mango chunks are easily available all year long in many grocery shops so this drink isn’t restricted to mango season. Frozen mango chunks give that nice thick consistency to the drink compared to the fresh mangoes. Though fresh mangoes are even more flavorful and aromatic than frozen mangoes. Choose less fibrous mango varieties like Alphonso for this recipe. Ready-made mango pulp is also available in most grocery stores. It works well when making these mango mojitos for larger crowds.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks

- 10 oz Lemon Sparkling Water
- Ice Cubes

Notes
Home Chef Tips: Adjust adding sugar depending on the sweetness of the mangoes. For a cocktail option, add 1 oz of white rum to each glass.
