What’s to love about this Supreme Pizza Pasta Salad?
Pasta salad is one of my favorite lunch recipes ever! It’s easy, keeps well, and you can customized it however you like. For example, my kids are simple and love their pizza pasta with pepperoni and olives. While my husband and I enjoy adding an abundance of onions, peppers, and sausage.
When making large batches during weekly meal prep, I make a simple Cheese Pizza Pasta Salad and add toppings throughout the week for lunches. Let’s be honest, I love anything that saves me time during a hectic week.

- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup Italian Dressing
- 2 tbsp Catalina Dressing
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Start by cooking pasta according to package directions.
- In a small bowl, combine the Italian dressing, Catalina dressing, and oregano. Set aside.
- While the pasta is still cooking, prep the tomatoes, pepperoni, and cheese.
- Once the pasta is cooled, toss in all of the ingredients and mix well. Be sure that the pasta gets a generous coat of the grated parmesan cheese.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Garnish with basil and shredded parmesan cheese (optional).
Home Chef Tip: Swap out any pizza toppings with your personal favorites. A few of mine include sausage, onions, and green peppers.
What makes this pasta salad so special?
When coming up with this recipe, I really wanted to highlight the authentic pizza flavors which is why I added the Catalina Salad Dressing and oregano. The combo gives it that pizza sauce flavor, yet isn’t too overpowering. I highly recommend playing around with your sauce and customizing it to your liking. Add all your favorite pizza toppings and viola, lunch for the week is served!
Pack it for the kids, or for yourself. The best part is that there is no heating required. Win-win situation if you ask me!
