Detox Water 4 Ways!
Citrus Energy
Orange and lime paired with fresh cilantro will make you feel like you’re recharging on a beautiful, sunny beach! This detox water tastes fresh thanks to its citrus infusion, but also contains the punch of cilantro flavors. Red pepper flakes seal the whole package with a bit of warmth. These ingredients will give you a healthy energy boost to tackle your day with a smile!
Blackberry Digest
Unusual and underutilized when it comes to detox waters, blackberries are a wonderful fruit to use to infuse water. They are rich in antioxidants and give water a light berry flavor and gorgeous color. However, the star in this drink is definitely fresh sage which makes it warm and comforting. Raw honey provides a touch of sweetness while the black peppercorns work their magic in improving digestion and promoting internal health. The best thing is that you cannot tell there’s any black pepper in this drink!
Lemonade Hydration
Lemon, strawberry, and basil infuse this drink with our favorite summer flavors. No matter what time of year you drink it, this infused water makes you believe it’s shorts and flip flop weather! High quality sea salt, such as Himalayan or gray Celtic salt, play a powerful role in this detox water by adding sodium and other minerals that help facilitate hydration.
Pear Vigor
Hands down, my favorite detox water. The gentle flavors of pear and mint combined with the kick of ginger and cinnamon make this a most delicious mixture. It’s earthy and warm and you’ll have trouble putting it down. Besides its deliciousness, it comes loaded with healthy.
