- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 mini personal-sized watermelon, thinly sliced and chopped

- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Cold water
- In a two-gallon pitcher, layer the cucumber slices, watermelon, mint leaves, and lemon slices.
- Add the juice of one lemon. Pour cold water over the top. Stir gently and refrigerate.
