It’s decorated with frozen cranberries, aromatic rosemary sprigs, and tart lime slices. This mocktail recipe also includes a cocktail option using white wine!
Hello everyone! I’m Sara Maniez from Life’s Little Sweets! I am so happy to share this Citrus Cranberry Mocktail Spritzer recipe with you in time for your holiday feast and New Year’s Eve. It’s festive with aromatic rosemary sprigs and bright, colorful, frozen cranberries that act as the “ice cubes” for this drink. And that festive flair adorning them? I give the full instructions on how to make those Cranberry-Rosemary Flair Skewers below.
This recipe has fresh-squeezed lime and tangerine juice along with orange juice which can be either fresh-squeezed or from the carton.
To make this recipe a cocktail, just add white wine! I recommend Pinot Grigio, Riesling, or Moscato white wine varieties. Those are listed in the order of sweetness from the more bright and citrus-y Pinot Grigio, then the slightly sweeter and fruity Riesling, to the sweetest being the Moscato wine. You can make this wine spritzer exactly to your liking depending on your tastes. If you do not have those particular varieties, other white wines will work as well.

How to Make Cranberry-Rosemary Flair Skewers
Cranberry-Rosemary Flair Skewers decorate these Citrus Cranberry Mocktail Spritzers and they are so pretty and easy to make! (5-10 minutes to make 2+ skewers)
Materials and Ingredients Needed for Cranberry-Rosemary Flair Skewers
- 8 inch wooden skewers
- cranberries
- fresh rosemary sprigs
- crafting pipe cleaners
Directions for Cranberry-Rosemary Flair Skewers
- Remove the rosemary needles from the lower 3rd of the rosemary stems (the part that will be covered by the pipe cleaners).
- Holding 1-3 rosemary springs and the wooden skewer, wind the pipe cleaner around them. Trim any ends of the springs.
- Skewer the cranberries on the remaining end of the wooden skewer until it is filled.
- Place in the finished Citrus Cranberry Mocktail Spritzer and enjoy!
Make sure to freeze the cranberries overnight or for six hours to get them frozen solid. They make wonderful “ice cubes” that will not water down your mocktail.
The wine glasses pictured here are “Chardonnay” wine glasses. They have ample room to accommodate the frozen cranberries.
