Instructions
  1. Finely chop your onions and drain on a paper towel.
  2. Measure yogurt into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add onions, pickle relish, vinegar, pepper, ketchup, and sugar to the yogurt.
  4. Stir thoroughly to mix all ingredients and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Store unused dressing in an air tight container (mason jars work great) in the refrigerator.**
Notes
* You can use a light mayonnaise, but it will roughly double the sodium count, which still leaves it significantly lower than store-bought brands.
**Use the expiration date on the yogurt or mayonnaise containers as the expiration date for your dressing.
