Fun and Fancy Strawberry Banana Smoothie Pops
This recipe uses frozen berries along with a few fresh berries for a pretty decorative touch. Frozen strawberries are something that smoothie lovers should always have in the freezer. Once bananas get too ripe, go ahead and throw them in the freezer because they are also perfect for smoothies. For easy use, remove peels and cut into chunks before freezing the bananas.
You don’t have to add the fresh decorative berry or banana slices if that looks too complicated; removing them won’t change how good they taste. If chia seeds aren’t your thing, you can remove that ingredient or add less to see how you like them.
The recipe makes enough for 6 regular sized popsicle molds. If you have smaller molds, you can make more popsicles or enjoy the leftover while you wait for the popsicles to freeze. To unmold the popsicles, wrap a hot cloth around the outside of the mold and the Strawberry Banana Smoothie Pops should slide right out.

- 2 Bananas, frozen or fresh
- 2 Cups Greek yogurt, plain

- Thin banana and strawberry slices, 2 each per popsicle
- Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, and chia seeds to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Push strawberry and banana slices to the side of the popsicle mold.
