Ingredients
- 1-2 oz Frontier Harvest Alaskan Jack's Blackened Heat Rub Keta Salmon
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 1-14.5 oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic
- Parmesan Cheese, optional for serving
Instructions
- Bake the salmon according to directions on the package.
- While the salmon is baking, Spiralize your Zucchini and Sweet Potato.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add cooking spray and garlic.
- Add the Sweet Potato and Zucchini Noodles, sauté 10 minutes.
- Add the Fire Roasted Tomatoes, simmer an additional 10 minutes.
- Place the salmon on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Notes
If you can not find this brand of salmon, replace it with frozen salmon, and cook according to directions.
