Make game day hearty and healthy when you serve these Roasted Vegetable Hoagies instead of traditional game day fare. Make hoagies that are full of vegetables that will have even the meat lovers swooning.
Next game day, skip all of the traditional game day fare and make these Roasted Vegetable Hoagies instead. Mushrooms, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, and green beans marinated in an amazing olive oil dressing, roasted in the oven, and served up on a hoagie bun smothered in cheese for the win! These hoagies taste amazing and they smell so enticing, they’ll make even the meat eaters swoon. Don’t let their healthy appearance fool you, these hoagies are as messy and delicious as your favorite chicken wings so you better have plenty of paper towels on hand!
