It’s hearty and delicious comfort food at its finest. These Dr Pepper Pulled Pork Sandwiches are one of our new favorite game-day finds. Pork roast simmers in the Crock Pot until it’s tender enough to be shredded with a fork, then covered in a unique, homemade Dr Pepper and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce and served up on sandwich rolls. Does it really get any simpler or more perfect than that?
- 2 lbs Pork Roast
- 2 cans Dr Pepper
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Water
- ½ an Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Salt & Pepper
- Buns
