Enjoy a set it and forget slow cooker soup recipe with this Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Soup. This buttery, cheesy soup is loaded with Brussels sprouts and flavored with fresh rosemary and a hint of garlic. The perfect fall comfort food.
Trendy, fall comfort food!
The trendy Brussels sprout is served up all year round, but it’s generally harvested in the fall months and seen in abundance during autumn and winter. It pairs perfectly with rosemary, the hearty winter herb. A sprinkle of garlic salt, chopped onion, whole milk, butter, cream cheese, and salty parmesan completes the dish. Savory Brussels sprouts are served in a whole new way. You can substitute the whole milk for heavy cream for an even thicker soup if you desire.
An easy slow cooker soup!

Serve this soup with a hearty bread or some delicious garlicky croutons. Garnish the soup with additional shredded parmesan if desired. Feel free to add in additional autumn vegetables like kale or sweet potatoes.
