Lemon Cayenne Ginger Water

Lemon Cayenne Ginger Water is a great drink to jump start a weight loss program.
- 1 Lemon
- 1" Ginger
- 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 4 Cups Purified Water
- Mix lemon juice, a 1" piece of fresh ginger, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and water in a large pitcher.
- Drink 8 glasses per day.
Hormones may be to blame for holding on to stubborn fat as Dr. Turner from the Dr. Oz Show suggests, and this drink is said to help combat the problem. Lemon Cayenne Ginger Water is a great “detox” drink to help flush your body of unwanted toxins. This drink will help speed up your metabolism, help with digestion, and make you feel full so that you’ll avoid those snack cravings. Dr. Turner suggests 8 glasses per day.
