What to do with Leftovers
You know how it goes, you have just a small amount of leftovers from your vegetables so you toss them, right? Come on, you know you do. We’re all guilty, but with this kitchen hack, that’s a thing of the past. The vegetables below are the perfect example of how to use the little bit of leftovers straight from the freezer. The kale, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes came right out of the freezer in plastic bags. All that was needed was to warm up the pan, add olive oil, and then drop the already chopped food into the pan.
So when you just have a little bit of those leftover vegetables, place them in a plastic bag, toss them in the freezer, and pull them out as needed. That’s it!
