Try saying that three times fast. Serious tongue twister! Inspired by my love for cheese, dough, and marinara sauce, these simple Poppable Pizza Bites were born.
I love having these on hand for family get togethers. They are usually the appetizer that goes missing first. These bites are great for any occasion. Quick, easy, and the varieties you could make up on your own are endless! You can customize this recipe with different fillings that meet your desired pizza cravings. Pepperoni and cheese is what I’m serving up today, but you could easily do a meat lovers, supreme, ham and pineapple, or if you’re weird like my fiancée, try doing a little chicken and mushroom goodness inside. Truly, you can do whatever you like with these awesome Homemade Poppable Pizza Bites.
Homemade Poppable Pizza Bites
Another reason I love them so much is because I have young kids. I’m the proud dad of two beautiful daughters and honestly, I never thought much about kid-friendly food before having my own. Heck, I never thought much about kid anything before having them; but the truth remains, kids are messy. Normally messy + pizza = bigger messy. Having a two year old argue with you because you are cutting their slice of pizza and they just want it whole is not for the faint at heart, my friends. However, with these Poppable Pizza Bites, there are zero arguments from the kid section. Now, I know I can get an amen on that one! It’s what we all want as parents – kids that eat what you put in front of them without any arguments.
Whatever occasion you need to make these for, these hand-held little doughs of stuffed goodness are the perfect solution!
