spicy bean dip, bean dip recipe

High Fiber Low Calorie Bean Dip

Bean dip is a great food to keep in the refrigerator to satisfy your snack cravings. It pairs wonderfully with tortilla chips, vegetables, and it’s a delicious addition to tacos. Beans are a great source of protein, and adding spices like turmeric really amp up the nutritional value of this dip. Turmeric contains curcumin, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. You’re going to love this high fiber, low calorie bean dip!

High Fiber Bean Dip

The soluble fiber from the beans is an additional health benefit. Plus, the beans will make you feel full longer so you won’t snack quite as much. The curry powder, coriander, and cayenne make this spicy bean dip complete!
