    My wife and I have been trying to make healthier choices this year as part of our new year's resolution. She suggested omitting coffee from our diet, but I had no idea coffee actually had so many health benefits to it. The article mentions benefits ranging from lowering diabetes risks, to boosting the immune system. I doubt we'll be removing coffee from our diets after reading this!
