5 Health Benefits of  Aloe Vera Juice

Wondering what the Health Benefits of Aloe Vera Juice are? It was a big trend in the 80’s and is now on trend again. You can buy the Aloe Vera plant and make your own juice, or you can buy the juice pre-made. Aloe vera has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries.

  1. Drink Aloe Vera Juice for two weeks to reduce inflammation in the body, like rheumatism, inflammation of ears and eyes, and arthritis. Many chronic diseases, including Type II diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and arthritis, are caused by inflammation.
  2. Aloe Vera Juice promotes regularity. The irregularity of bowel movements is said to be the underlying cause of many diseases, including cancer. The soluble fiber and the mucilage in the meaty portion of the leaf set things in motion.
  3. Aloe has detoxifying properties and is packed full of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. This makes for a very powerful drink. Drink it every morning as a regular routine for your diet.
  4. Aloe Vera Juice lowers cholesterol and blood sugar. There is some evidence to suggest aloe vera lowers bad cholesterol levels and has a positive effect on blood sugar levels.
  5. Boost your vitamin and mineral intake. What’s in Aloe Vera? Aloe vera includes several important vitamins like A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12. Vitamins A, C, and E help fight off free radicals which can contribute to cancer and many diseases.

If you want something free, you'll need to go with Blogger or GoDaddy, but we recommend WordPress. It's worth the money.
