If you love dipping your favorite vegetables in dip, you’re going to love this healthy and delicious recipe for Gluten Free Beet Crust Pizza. This isn’t any ordinary gluten free pizza. This pizza has a delicious beet crust and it’s piled high with a smorgasbord of colorful and crunchy veggies and beans that sit beautifully on a base of Kraft Green Onion Dip! No need to get your hands all messy dipping your veggies in the dip because this recipe has it all piled together in a delicious pizza form.

  • 1 cup beet puree
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Kraft Green Onion Dip
  • Assorted Veggies Chopped Up - This recipe uses orange, red, and yellow peppers, broccoli, red cabbage, black beans, corn, spinach, and celery
