Naan bread is baked in a tandoor oven at high heat creating the signature bubble and smokey flavor found in traditional naan. This bread is made with no synthetic dyes, no artificial preservatives, 0 trans fat, and no hydrogenated oils. We make the breakfast naan bread with an avocado paste as the first layer that’s covered with a satisfying egg bake. For the lunch naan, we use baby bella mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Topped with low fat mozzarella cheese, these quick meal ideas are great go-to recipes when you’re in a pinch, but need a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 'For the Breakfast Naan'
  • 2 pieces of Naan Bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Eggs, scrambled
  • 1 Roma Tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  • 1 sprig Parsley, torn into little pieces
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 'For The Lunch Naan Bread'
  • 1/2 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Low Fat Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. 'For the Breakfast Naan Bread'
  2. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  3. Cut the avocado in half length wise, remove the flesh, and spread onto the Naan Bread.
  4. Top with scrambled eggs, Roma tomatoes, onions, then mozzarella cheese, and the leaves from your parsley.
  5. 'For the Lunch Naan Bread'
  6. Sauté your onions, garlic, and baby bella mushrooms in olive oil for 7 minutes.
  7. Spread the cream cheese onto the Naan Bread.
  8. Spread the baby bella mushrooms, garlic, and onions on top.
  9. Top with cheese.
  10. Place on cookie sheet, bake for 15 minutes.
