Ingredients
- 1 cup Simply Orange Juice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in your blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
- Heat a large skillet over low heat, spray with non-stick coconut oil spray and pour 1 tbsp of batter per pancake. Cook a couple minutes per side.
