  • 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 Cups Purified Water
Instructions
  1. Mix lemon juice, grated fresh ginger, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and water in a large pitcher.
  2. Drink up to 8 glasses per day.

    you said it detoxes and helps with elimination, does that mean it will soften your stools and give you a softer less painful stool?

      Hydration equals softer stools. Unless you have bowel disease or hormone imbalance, standard 64 oz of water and relatively healthy diet should produce passable stools. A Tbls of mineral oil 1-2 times a day can help you get back on track.

    I have a lemon/water and one cap of apple cider vinegar a day. I find this makes me feel great and lots of energy. I walk/Bike and Gym daily at 67 yrs of age. Retired from Police Services after 40 yrs. I would recommend this to anyone.
