As part of our flavors of fall recipe series, we asked our Social Fabric® Community members to share some of their favorite slow cooker recipes with us so that we could pass them along to our readers. Tonya from Create, Celebrate, Explore was gracious enough to share this flavorful fall dessert with us and you’re going to be glad that she did!
Apples deliver the ultimate flavor of fall. Many families enjoy heading out to an orchard this time of year to spend some time outdoors together and bring home some fresh, delicious apples. But what happens when you pick too many? You can only eat so many apples, make so much applesauce, eat so many apple pies before the same old flavor combinations get dull. So what do you do when you find yourself with an abundance of apples and you’re looking for a new tasty treat? You pull out your slow cooker and make Tonya’s amazingly delicious Apple Tart recipe of course! It’s simple to make and we guarantee it will become your family’s new fall favorite!
