Portobello Mushroom Burger

Ingredients
  • 2 Portobello mushroom caps
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Slices swiss cheese
  • 2 Whole wheat buns
Instructions
  1. Whisk the olive oil and balsamic vinegar together.
  2. Brush the olive oil mixture on the Portobello Mushrooms.
  3. Grill 7 min on each side.
  4. Brush the inside of the buns with the olive oil mixture and grill for 2 min.
  5. Top the Portobello with your cheese until melted.
  6. Top your burgers with your condiments of choice!
