On a plate, mix together salt and chili powder. Wet the rim of your margarita glasses with water and dip into the chili-salt. (I used a Q-tip to "even" things out. You can do the whole rim or just one end).
In a blender, mix together frozen mango, ice, tequila, and triple sec until well blended. Taste and adjust to your liking.
Pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime.
