Black Velvet Floats
It wouldn't be St. Patrick's Day without a delicious cocktail and these Black Velvet Floats are a bubbly, creamy concoction you can't resist!
Serves: 1
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ounces champagne or sparkling white wine
  • 2 ounces stout
  1. Place ice cream in a champagne flute. Chill 20-30 minutes.
  2. Pour champagne over ice cream.
  3. Slowly pour stout over champagne so that it floats and doesn't mix.
  4. Serve immediately.
