Healthy Tomato Mango Salsa
 
 
An easy and delicious salsa recipe perfect for all your winter get-togethers.

Ingredients
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 mango, diced (you can also used canned mango)
  • ½ cup diced yellow and red peppers
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for ½ an hour (or longer) in the refrigerator for better flavor.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
