Ingredients
  • 5 Scrambled Eggs
  • ½ a Kielbasa, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • Pico
  • Jalapeño, seeded and sliced
  • Corn Tortillas
Instructions
  1. Scramble your eggs.
  2. Steam your Kielbasa then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add into the scrambled eggs.
  4. Place into the middle of a tortilla.
  5. Add a bit of shredded cheese and your taco toppings like pico, onions, and jalapeño.
Notes
You can truly add any taco toppings you enjoy!
