Cinnamon Irish Soda Bread
Traditional Irish Soda Bread with a twist!

  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ⅓ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Cups Buttermilk
  • ¼ Cup Butter, melted
  • ¾ Cup Cinnamon Chips
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips
  • Decorator's Sugar for garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Blend egg and buttermilk together and add all at once to flour mixture. Mix just until moistened. Stir in butter. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
