Springtime Confetti Bark

  • 16 ounces “colorburst” candy melts
  • confetti style sprinkles
  1. Cut four pieces of parchment paper, 8 ½ “ x 5”. Spray four mini loaf pans (approximately 6” x 3 ½”) with non-stick cooking spray and line the bottoms and long sides with the parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the long sides.
  2. Melt the candy melts in the top half of a double boiler set over barely simmering water; divide evenly among your prepared pans. Rap the pans several times on the counter to level the mixture. Immediately scatter sprinkles across the tops.
  3. Freeze till hardened (about an hour); wrap with cellophane, parchment or waxed paper. Keep chilled till ready to serve.
