Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
 
 
Easy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites; low calorie and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • ½ cup brown rice flour
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  2. In a bowl, combine brown rice flour, water, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Mix to combine.
  4. Dip your cauliflower pieces in the batter until coated evenly.
  5. Place on a sprayed baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes then flip overly carefully and bake another 5 minutes.
  7. Whisk together Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and Ghee in a small bowl.
  8. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with Buffalo mixture in a large plastic bag, and shake until coated.
  9. Bake coated cauliflower until crispy, for about ten minutes.
  10. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
