  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup bite-sized tomatoes
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup real mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Greek unflavored yogurt
  1. Chop all ingredients.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt.
  3. Blend all ingredients together and chill for one hour before serving.
