An easy Salsa Verde Chicken Quesadilla made from leftovers.

Ingredients
¾ cup Salsa Verde Chicken, shredded
¼ cup cheese, shredded
2 Flour Tortillas (We used the burrito size)
Instructions
Lay your first tortilla flat on your grill, stovetop pan, or baking sheet.
Add your Salsa Verde Chicken onto the tortilla.
Leave enough space all around so it does not fall off the edges when you press down with the top tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken and cover with second tortilla.
Grill, pan fry, or bake on a low temperature on the first side for about 15 minutes, flip and continue cooking or 10 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
This recipe yields one quesadilla. Double, triple, or make up a huge batch for your holiday or football party table.
