No Bake Energy Bites
Recipe type: Healthy Cookie
  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • ⅔ cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup PB2 Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  1. Prepare your peanut butter by following directions on container.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Roll into small balls, place on wax paper, roll in coconut flakes to cover, and chill until ready to devour.
You can also use traditional Peanut Butter or Nutella
