Turkey and Cheese Bagel Sandwich
An easy breakfast or lunch idea

  • 1 Wheat Bagel
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Pieces of Turkey Lunch Meat
  • ¼ Cup of Shredded Cheese
  • Dash of Water
  • Cooking Spray
  1. Spray your pan with cooking spray.
  2. Heat up the pan on medium high heat.
  3. Crack in two eggs.
  4. Add a dash of water.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top to melt.
  6. Place the bottom of the bagel sandwich in the pan to steam.
  7. Cover the pan with a glass lid.
  8. Cook about one minute.
  9. Carefully pull the two eggs out with a spatula and lay on top of the bagel bottom.
  10. Add more cheese on top
  11. Top with your steamed bagel.
  12. Enjoy!
