An easy way to use leftover spaghetti.

  • Leftover Spaghetti
  • 1 large can Tomato Juice
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers
  • Croutons, optional for serving
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, optional for serving
  1. Put the leftover spaghetti in the Crock Pot.
  2. Add the tomato juice.
  3. Chop the pepperoncinis and add to the pot.
  4. Add cheese.
  5. Cover and simmer on low 4-5 hours.
  6. Add the croutons right before serving.
  7. Top with fresh mozzarella cheese.
