Green Tea with Lemon and Ginger for Weight Loss

Ingredients
  • 1 Gallon Water
  • 6 Green Tea Packets
  • Juice of 3 Lemons
  • Fresh Ginger, about 2" grated
Instructions
  1. Bring your water to a rolling simmer.
  2. Add the tea bags and let steep 20 minutes.
  3. Juice the lemon and add it to the water.
  4. Peel the fresh ginger.
  5. Grate or puree the ginger and add it to the mixture.
  6. Remove the tea bags.
  7. Mix all and place in a container.
  8. Drink over ice 4 times per day.
