Southwest Chipotle Baked Sweet Potato Chips

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
  1. Wash and scrub sweet potatoes, leaving skins on.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes into thin, round pieces.
  3. Toss the slices in a bowl with the avocado oil (you can use olive oil as well).
  4. Sprinkle both sides with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
  5. Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 325ยบ for about 30 minutes (you might need to bake them longer, just watch for crispness and remove the chips that are done before baking longer).
  7. Eat immediately or store in zipper bags for up to one week.
