- ½ lb fresh green beans, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- ½ medium red onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp finely minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tbsp diced green onion, green part only
