Chipotle Pepper Dip for Cinco de Mayo
An easy dip for Cinco de Mayo.

  • 1 Pint of Sour Cream
  • 1 Poblano Pepper, grilled and deseeded
  • 1-7 oz can Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • 1 Handful of Fresh Cilantro
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  1. Grill the Poblano Pepper until charred, let cool, then deseed.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with tacos, taquitos, vegetables, or taco salad.
