Grilled Chicken Wings
Grilling season is upon us. Grilled Wings and Stuffed Mushrooms
Recipe type: Dinner
  • 3 lbs chicken wings, cut into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Frank's Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Texas Pete's or other hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  1. Light up the grill and heat until the coals are white.
  2. Place the wings on the grill, cover, and cook until skins are crisp and are starting to brown, about 30-40 minutes.
  3. Flip them every 15 minutes for even cooking.
  4. While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing all of the ingredients together.
  5. Last two times you flip the wings, coat them with the sauce.
  6. Enjoy!
